I've used the saw for several months now, and feel competent enough with knowledge to properly review this saw. I received the saw in a well crated box, with a secondary box for the rails. Found everything was well packaged. The instructions to assemble the saw, side table, and rail was straightforward, so assembly was quick and easy. Saw has great power, runs through hardwoods with ease. Very little tweeking to the fence was required for accuracy.
I do not like the slot insert (plastic material) that comes with the saw. It catches when raising the saw blade, and I actually broke the plastic locking mechanism that holds it down. Another problem that I don't care for is that the side table is proud above the saws wing by just under an eighth inch, which catches the fence when sliding it over to the right. No amount of adjustment has allowed me to alleviate this problem. It would be unsightly to plane or sand it down.
Aside for the few problems I found with the saw, I find it to be a great saw to use, and would recommend my other woodshop friends to purchase.
